Upon completing the Order Form above, payment may be made via cash/check at time of pick-up, check mailed in advance, or through Athena’s personal Paypal account using the Friends and Family feature.
Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of issue. Not redeemable or refundable for cash. Any unused amount at time of purchase will be noted and may be applied to a future purchase prior to the expiration date. No change will be given.
